Dar Global Partners with Trump Family Business for Second Branded Saudi Development
LONDON/JEDDAH: The Trump Organization, the family business of U.S. President Donald Trump, announced on Monday a landmark $1 billion real estate collaboration in Saudi Arabia’s Jeddah, signaling a major expansion in the Gulf region.
The project, branded Trump Plaza Jeddah, will be developed in partnership with Dar Global, a London-listed international luxury real estate developer.
The mixed-use development will be strategically located along King Abdulaziz Road and is set to feature a diverse array of properties, including: Premium residences. Serviced apartments. Grade-A office space. Exclusive townhouses.
A unique feature of the project will be a Central Park-inspired green spine intended to anchor the development and bring a Manhattan-style vibrancy to the Red Sea coastal city.
This new collaboration marks the second Trump-branded project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, following the launch of the Trump Tower Jeddah in late 2024. The expansion aligns with Saudi Arabia’s larger economic diversification goals under Vision 2030, leveraging Jeddah’s growing role as a commercial and cultural hub.
Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization, hailed the project, stating that the company is “honored to expand our footprint in Saudi Arabia” and is creating a destination that will “set a new benchmark for prestige and innovation in the Kingdom.”
