Global Arya Samaj Meet Commemorates 200 Years of Maharshi Dayanand and 150 Years of Social Service
NEW DELHI :Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is scheduled to participate in and address the International Aryan Summit 2025 on October 31 in Rohini, New Delhi, an event central to the ongoing Jyāna Jyoti Festival.
The summit, set to begin at approximately 2:45 PM, is a major celebration commemorating the 200th birth anniversary of Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati Ji and 150 years of Arya Samaj’s service to society.
The International Aryan Summit will bring together representatives from Arya Samaj units across India and abroad. This global participation underscores the universal relevance of Maharshi Dayanand’s reformist ideals and the organization’s significant international outreach.
The event aims to achieve several key objectives, Honour Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati’s profound reformist and educational legacy. Celebrate 150 years of Arya Samaj’s extensive contributions in education, social reform, and nation-building. Inspire global awareness of Vedic principles and Swadeshi values, aligning with the national vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
To highlight the organization’s history, the Summit will feature an exhibition titled “150 Golden Years of Service.”
This exhibition will showcase the Arya Samaj’s transformative journey, emphasizing its impactful contributions across various sectors, particularly: Education, Social Reform and Spiritual Upliftment.
The Prime Minister’s address is expected to further articulate the government’s recognition of the Arya Samaj’s role in national progress and its alignment with India’s future development goals.
