DDC Chairman inaugurates two-day Dangal event at PG College Bhaderwah

DODA: The spirit of sportsmanship and youthful energy filled the air as the Inter-Zonal District Level Tournament commenced today across multiple venues in Doda district.

Organized by the Department of Youth Services & Sports (DYSS), the event features Athletics (AAG Boys), Cricket (U/19 Boys) and Carrom (AAG Girls), attracting enthusiastic participation from all 10 educational zones of the district.

The Athletics (AAG Boys) event is being held at the GDC Ground Bhaderwah, while the Cricket (U/19 Boys) matches are underway at the GDC Ground Doda. The Carrom competition for Girls (AAG) is being hosted at the Rifle Shooting Hall, Doda.

Over 350 students have joined this grand sports celebration, showcasing their talent, teamwork and competitive spirit.

The tournament was inaugurated by District Youth Services & Sports Officer (DYSSO), Jaffar Haider Sheikh, in the presence of ZPEO Doda, ZPEO Bhaderwah and Activity Incharge, Sanjay Sharma.
