SRINAGAR: Several legislators today withdrew their Private Members’ Bills after assurances by the government that their concerns and suggestions would be duly considered and incorporated into future government policies.
The legislators who withdrew their bills include Tanvir SadiqM Y TarigamiMir SaifullahNizam–ud-din BhatAltaf Ahmad Wani and Mubarik Gul.
Legislators Waheed Ur Rehman Para and Balwant Singh Mankotia pressed their Private Members Bills for introductionhowever following the voice votethe House didn’t grant leave for introduction.
